At Windsor Park, we are committed to providing a bespoke education for our deaf learners amongst the changing needs of the deaf population. Part of this includes evaluating and planning for school improvement. The School Improvement Plan is a document that outlines our priorities for improvement based on self-evaluation, refelecting both local and national priorities. It allows us to identify areas of strength and areas for development, set clear goals and targets for progress, implement effective strategies to achieve these goals and  monitor and evaluate the impact of our actions. It includes targets set for our Visiting Teachers of Deaf Children and Young People and Teachers of the Visually Impaired and also shows the work we have done using our Pupil Equity Funding (PEF) to help close the attainment gap.
